
[SCHOLARSHIP] INTERNATIONAL INTERSHIP PROGRAM at NATIONAL CHUNG CHENG UNIVERSITY (NCCU), TAIWAN in 2025
The College of Engineering (CoE) – National Chung Cheng University is recruiting excellent students to conduct research under the guidance of professors at CoE, applying the knowledge they have acquired in school to practical experiments. Throughout the process, they learn how to communicate and collaborate with their laboratory peers, while also experiencing different cultures. Outstanding students may be granted scholarship to cover their living expenses during internship program.
1. Duration: 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝟗 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬 within the period of June 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025.
𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞:
– Individual mentors may have a different definition of intern period. Please refer to each research topic for precise definitions: https://tinyurl.com/umu9r3kb
– Students participating in this internship will be registered as one-semester outgoing student by IU-VNU.
– After completing the internship and submitting reports/transcritps, students may request to have the internship’s results recognized at IU-VNU.
2. Fee and Scholarship
– The program fee and registration fee: Free
– Research topics are offered in two types: (A) Scholarship and (B) self-supported.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞-𝐀, 𝐍𝐂𝐂𝐔 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 of around NT$ 12,000 per month, covering on-campus accommodation, living expenses, and partial
airfare. It is the standard amount. The total amount may be amended based on the intern’s performance by the project mentor.
3. Eligibility : Applicants are required to:
– Be a junior bachelor (3rd year or above), master, and doctoral students in the engineering field.
– Meet IU-VNU’s requirements to participate in an outgoing internship program.
– Have good/excellent academic results before the application.
– To have good command of English (Certificates of English proficiency are compulsory for this step and Visa application to Taiwan).
– To be recommended by a full-time lecturers/professors at IU-VNU (upon consideration and decision of IU-VNU’s in-charge units).

– Applicant’s contact information (mobile phone, email).
